Cancellation Policy

To cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Before dispatch

We will try to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched. Cancellation is confirmed only when our support team acknowledges it. Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method where supported, generally within 5–10 business days.

After dispatch

We may be unable to cancel or change an order once it has been handed to the courier. Contact us for assistance and refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible returns.

Orders we cannot fulfil

If an item becomes unavailable, an address cannot be serviced or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange a refund for any amount already paid for the unfulfilled order.
