This policy applies to orders placed at shopieverse.in for delivery within India.

Processing & delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, remote locations and courier disruptions may affect timing.

Charges & payment

Any shipping charge and available payment methods are shown at checkout before you place your order. Cash on delivery is available only where offered at checkout.

Tracking & address accuracy

Available tracking details are sent after dispatch. Please provide a complete address, postal code and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly for address corrections; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If an expected delivery has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If the parcel or contents arrive damaged, keep the packaging and notify us with your order details and photos where available. Please do not share payment OTPs with anyone claiming to arrange redelivery.
