Return & Refund Policy
At Shopieverse, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personal care products
- Intimate or hygiene-related items
- Customized products
- Items marked as non-returnable
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable method.
